Ben has over 20 years’ experience delivering outputs within high-profile PFI schemes across the UK, working on behalf of SPVs and Public Authorities.
Ben’s experience covers all elements of a PFI investment’s lifespan – from bidding and construction, through to contractual handback. Ben has been a Director of Track since 2009.
Jon has more than a decade of experience managing projects and surveys within the PFI industry, covering healthcare, emergency services, education, custodial, and defense sites.
Jon oversees our survey and lifecycle management services, as well as specialising in PFI performance improvement. Jon has been a Director of Track since 2020.
Project Management Team
Georgina specialises in survey coordination and delivery, ranging from specialised expert investigations to multiple PFI site condition, fire, FM compliance, and environmental inspections.
Georgina’s PFI experience includes physical construction works, such as lifecycle replacement projects, and the resolution of almost 300 construction defects following the collapse of Carillion. Since completing her Masters degree in International Relations in 2018, Georgina has worked exclusively in PFI.
Ella’s primary focus is management of high-profile construction projects on behalf of SPV’s and Government bodies, with a particular expertise in healthcare. Ella has a proven record of completing works within live sites, including integration within existing contracts.
Ella’s experience further extends to oversight of PFI variation processes, also in healthcare. Ella has a degree in Law, providing her with a strong contractual foundation.
Chloe is a project lead and primary member of our PFI variation delivery team. Chloe directs variations from early scoping and discussion, through to contract sign off and construction completion. Chloe has particular experience in healthcare, having worked in projects across multiple NHS sites.
Chloe has a Business Management degree, strengthened by an MSc in Logistics & Operations Management.
Olivia provides project coordination across a variety of schemes, primarily within construction. Olivia has experience managing PFI variation construction works on behalf of SPVs, as well as overseeing fire remedial works projects with both third-party contractors and FM companies.
Mishan is a valued member of our variation team, providing coordination and support. Mishan’s role includes programme development, output monitoring, and organisation of legal and commercial responses. Mishan’s has a Masters in Business Administration.
Emily provides project coordination across two significant PFI healthcare projects. Emily’s role includes coordination of over 200 on-site variations ranging from service amendments to significant physical changes. Following her degree, Emily worked in the public sector before moving across to PFI project management.
Ben provides project support, primarily within our survey team. Ben’s experience includes coordination of condition surveys, environmental surveys, and fire compliance surveys across multiple NHS sites. Ben joined Track with a degree in Business Management & Law, and an MSc in Project Management.
Henry provides project administration and support across several business areas, with a current focus coordinating a Hard and Soft FM performance improvement process. Henry joined Track as a graduate of Psychology, with a Masters degree in Business Management and Finance.
Angus provides support across several business areas, with a particular focus on analysis, interpretation, and coordination of complex datasets. Angus has worked with outputs from condition, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle projects. Angus’ educational history includes a degree in Mathematics.
