For almost 20 years, Ben has managed high-profile PFI schemes across the UK on behalf of Track. Ben’s experience covers all elements of a PFI investment lifespan, from bidding to handback. Ben has a proven history of reducing clients’ risks while protecting investments.

Jon has amassed over a decade of involvement in high-profile PFI projects within the healthcare, emergency services, education, custodial, and defense sectors. Jon is the Director responsible for the development and delivery of our surveying and lifecycle modelling practices.
Project Management Team

Georgina’s PFI management experience includes the resolution of latent defects, as well as the delivery of lifecycle and variation design and construction projects.
Georgina has successfully produced several end of defects, five-yearly, condition, and lifecycle surveys within complex 24-hour facilities. Georgina’s experience bridges the educational, healthcare and custodial sectors.

Hannah’s professional experience was formerly within architecture and planning, complimented by a degree in Built Environment.
Since 2019, Hannah has provided control of the commercial and legal procedure for high value contractual changes at a PFI hospital in the Midlands, including a full restructure of the PFI variation protocols. Hannah’s experience also extends to the management of on-site construction works on behalf of public and private sector clients.

Ella holds a Graduate Diploma in Law, providing her with a strong contractual foundation to apply within PFI.
Ella has managed variation processes within several operational facilities on behalf of SPVs and government bodies, with a particular focus in healthcare. Ella’s experience also extends to construction management delivery, including large-scale variations.

Laura holds an LLB in Law and previously worked within the legal sector. Laura has applied these transferrable skills to her role in project management.
Laura’s experience includes project support for an operational improvement process at a healthcare facility, as well as a fire remedial construction scheme.

Chloe joined Track with an MSc in Logistics & Operations Management, bolstered by an undergraduate degree in Business Management.
Chloe has become a primary member of our variation delivery team, with particular experience in healthcare. Chloe’s experience also includes delivery of on-site construction projects.

Mishan’s professional experience demonstrates an ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments and to deliver high profile outputs, supported by a Masters in Business Administration.
Mishan provides coordination and support within our PFI variation team, including programme development and output monitoring.

Angus is a graduate with a degree in Mathematics.
Angus provides support across several business areas, with a particular focus on analysis, interpretation, and coordination of complex datasets.
