Ben has over 20 years’ experience delivering complex PFI projects across the UK, covering the full lifecycle from bidding and construction through to handback. Ben specialises in supporting clients to manage risk, performance, and long-term asset strategies.
Ben has been with Track since 2003 and a Director since 2009.

Jon has 15 years’ experience across all elements of PFI. Jon specialises in surveying and lifecycle management services, including performance improvement and translating complex outputs into deliverable strategies.
Jon has been with Track since 2011 and a Director since 2020.
Project Management Team

Georgina is a project lead for Track in the coordination and delivery of complex PFI survey programmes, ranging from targeted investigations through to full lifecycle and defect exercises. Georgina specialises in Centre of Best Practice survey delivery on behalf of SPVs.
Georgina has worked in PFI for 8 years; she has an undergraduate degree in History and a Masters in International Relations.

Ella is a project lead for Track in the delivery of major PFI construction projects within live environments, including large-scale variation works in hospitals. Ella further specialises in delivering directly procured lifecycle works on behalf of SPVs, working alongside a variety of construction firms.
Ella previously worked in contractual variation management for Track, and has a Graduate Diploma in Law.

Chloe is a project lead for Track in the successful processing of PFI contractual variations, coordinating changes from scoping through to physical delivery, with a focus on legal processes, approvals, and contractual updates. Chloe is also working alongside SPVs to prepare and plan for contract expiry and handback.
Chloe has an undergraduate degree in Business and a Masters in Logistics and Operations Management.

Olivia is a project lead for Track in the identification and physical remediation of fire non-compliances across healthcare and education portfolios.
Olivia further manages wider construction works for SPV clients, including rectification of defects and PFI expiry preparation works.

Ben is a project lead for Track in the delivery of condition, compliance, environmental, and fire assessment surveying programmes, coordinating multiple surveying teams and client requirements across projects. Ben has experience delivering Centre of Best Practice surveys on behalf of SPVs.
Ben has an undergraduate degree in Business Management & Law, and a Masters in Project Management.

Emily is a project lead for Track in lifecycle management, approval and delivery across two major healthcare facilities, including assessing the suitability and compliance of annual and five-yearly lifecycle plans.
Emily has further experience creating and implementing handback preparation processes for SPVs, in anticipation of contract expiry.

Amber coordinates the delivery of self-procured lifecycle works across school portfolios, ensuring projects are completed safely and within defined programme constraints on behalf of SPVs.
Amber previously supported capital and service variations within an NHS environment and holds a degree in Law.

Henry coordinates the delivery of PFI contractual variations across healthcare projects, managing changes from instruction through to agreement. Henry ensures requirements are clearly defined and progressed with stakeholders.
Henry is a graduate of Psychology, with a Masters degree in Business Management and Finance.

Angus coordinates lifecycle assessment and data analysis across healthcare projects. Angus is responsible for reviewing, challenging, and making recommendations on lifecycle applications, supporting approval or rejection decisions across large-scale lifecycle delivery programmes.
Angus specialises in working with complex data sets and holds a degree in Mathematics.

Sophie coordinates the delivery of PFI variations and associated contract compliance across multiple healthcare estates. Sophie ensures changes are managed and implemented in a controlled manner. Sophie joined Track having completed an LLB in Law.

Will coordinates and supports the delivery of complex PFI survey activities within large-scale healthcare settings. Will is involved in Centre of Best Practice survey delivery, working with a variety of stakeholders and within live operational environments.

Ruby coordinates the delivery of PFI survey programmes, including condition, compliance, environmental, and fire assessments. Ruby has experience working within specialist environments, including delivery of survey programmes within complex mental health facilities. Ruby joined Track having completed an LLB in Law.

Andrew coordinates lifecycle delivery within a major healthcare project, overseeing delivery programmes exceeding £7m annually. Andrew carries out detailed assessments and manages the review of quarterly plans, supporting the ongoing management and delivery of works. Andrew holds a degree in Economics.

Bethan coordinates fire compliance inspections, surveys and fire remedial works projects within healthcare and education facilities. Bethan continues to deliver construction works management within restricted programmes and with limited site access.

Carrie coordinates PFI survey programmes on behalf of SPVs, including condition, compliance, environmental, and fire assessments. Carrie is involved in Centre of Best Practice survey delivery across PFI environments, working alongside multiple surveying teams and stakeholders.

Fleur provides project support in the delivery of construction schemes across school portfolios, assisting with the coordination of self-managed lifecycle works.

Menna provides project support in the delivery of PFI variations across healthcare projects, assisting in progressing changes from instruction through to agreement.

Isobel provides project support in the delivery of PFI survey programmes, assisting with ensuring outputs are aligned with project requirements and progress of rectification works is documented and actioned.
Gwen provides project support within construction and handback delivery, assisting with tracking, reporting, and communication of project progress.
Sine provides project support within handback preparation and delivery processes across PFI projects, assisting with tracking, reporting, and ensuring agreed processes are followed and documented.
Daniela provides project support across a variety of service areas, assisting with the coordination and progression of workstreams.
