Ben’s educational experience was originally in Law, bolstered by an MSc in Construction Project Management. Ben has been a Director since 2009.
For almost 20 years, Ben has managed high-profile PFI schemes across the UK on behalf of Track. Ben’s experience covers all elements of a PFI investment lifespan, from bidding to handback. Ben has a proven history of reducing clients’ risks while protecting investments.
Jon has amassed over a decade of involvement in high-profile PFI projects within the healthcare, emergency services, education, custodial, and defense sectors.
Jon is the Director responsible for the development and delivery of our surveying and lifecycle modelling practices.
Natalie’s PFI experience is broad, encompassing construction, lifecycle, and PFI contract handback.
Natalie has a history of successfully delivering large-scale fire remedial construction schemes within healthcare, education, and custodial PFI sites. Natalie also led the resolution of latent construction defects across twelve PFI schools in the North of England, following the financial collapse of the Contractor.
Since 2017, Natalie has coordinated and managed Track’s delivery of large-scale lifecycle projects within a prison in South Wales.
Georgina is responsible for the coordination of our live surveying services, as well as the management of individual survey projects.
Georgina has successfully delivered end of defect, five-yearly, condition, and lifecycle surveying exercises within complex 24-hour facilities on behalf of Track. This includes large-scale hospitals and treatment centers.
Georgina’s PFI experience at Track also includes the resolution of latent construction defects across six schools in the South West of England, and delivery of several large-scale lifecycle and variation projects within the education sector.
Hannah’s experience at Track includes the control and delivery of large-scale PFI variations within operational sites.
Since 2019, Hannah’s has provided management of design, commercial, and legal processes to agree high value contractual changes across a large PFI hospital site in the Midlands.
Rhys’ experience at Track has included delivery of a fire remedial works scheme within a Children’s Hospital, as well as management support on a Hard Services improvement plan, also within the healthcare sector.
Rhys previously provided support on several survey projects, including end of defects, dilapidation, and condition survey reports.
Ella is a key member of our variation management team, providing management, control, and delivery of PFI variations within several operational hospital facilities on behalf of SPVs and NHS Trusts.
Ella has previously overseen survey schemes, including five-yearly condition surveys and end of defect reports.
Christina joined Track with a history of project coordination, including quality assurance of data for the National Census, on behalf of the Department for Transport.
Christina’s experience at Track includes large-scale lifecycle replacement construction projects, as well as fire remedial works and PFI handback.
Laura has an excellent educational and professional history within the legal sector. Laura has applied these invaluable transferrable skills to her role in project management.
Laura’s experience at Track includes project support for an operational improvement process, as well as a fire remedial construction work scheme within a hospital environment.
Chloe has a BSc in Business Management, and recently qualified with an MSc in Logistics & Operations Management.
Chloe’s studies have naturally led to a career with Track, where she has joined our variation management team.
Lydia has joined Track with a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Maritime Policy and Shipping Management. Lydia’s previous experience includes work within the marine inspection and surveying industry.
Lydia’s is now a member of our growing survey team. Lydia’s role includes support with survey preparation, coordination of live on-site work, programme updates, and data quality assurance checks.
Angus has recently joined Track as a Mathematics graduate.
Angus’ role is to provide project support primarily within the data elements of our business. Angus is responsible for analysing, interpreting and coordinating complex data sets, and supporting senior managers.
