This workstream can incorporate the identification of fire compartmentation breaches, as well procurement of contractors and consultants, and the management of the remedial construction works. We understand the sensitive nature of these projects, and work diligently to ensure the successful completion of works, with formal records and sign-off achieved from the correct authorities. This includes the identification of construction defects, as well as the management of contractor procurement and the corrective construction works. We understand that latent defects must be closed out efficiently and within budget, with formal sign-off achieved from the correct authorities.
