Ben Evans

Ben Evans

Director

Ben’s educational experience was originally in Law, bolstered by an MSc in Construction Project Management. Ben has been a Director since 2009.

For almost 20 years, Ben has managed high-profile PFI schemes across the UK on behalf of Track. Ben’s experience covers all elements of a PFI investment lifespan, from bidding to handback. Ben has a proven history of reducing clients’ risks while protecting investments.

Jon Evans

Director

Jon has amassed over a decade of involvement in high-profile PFI projects within the healthcare, emergency services, education, custodial, and defense sectors.

Jon is the Director responsible for the development and delivery of our surveying and lifecycle modelling practices.

Amanda Davies

Operations Manager

Amanda is Track’s Operations Manager. Amanda has a wealth of experience in practice management, human resources, finance, and operations.

Amanda’s extensive experience includes multi-site law firms, successful startups, and a FTSE 100 company.

Natalie Cox

Project Management Team

Natalie’s PFI experience is broad, encompassing construction, lifecycle, and PFI contract handback.

Natalie has a history of successfully delivering large-scale fire remedial construction schemes within healthcare, education, and custodial PFI sites. Natalie also led the resolution of latent construction defects across twelve PFI schools in the North of England, following the financial collapse of the Contractor.

Since 2017, Natalie has coordinated and managed Track’s delivery of large-scale lifecycle projects within a prison in South Wales.

Georgina Willson

Project Management Team

Georgina is responsible for the coordination of our live surveying services, as well as the management of individual survey projects.

Georgina has successfully delivered end of defect, five-yearly, condition, and lifecycle surveying exercises within complex 24-hour facilities on behalf of Track. This includes large-scale hospitals and treatment centers.

Georgina’s PFI experience at Track also includes the resolution of latent construction defects across six schools in the South West of England, and delivery of several large-scale lifecycle and variation projects within the education sector.

Hannah Bromley

Hannah’s experience at Track includes the control and delivery of large-scale PFI variations within operational sites. This includes oversight of design, construction, and contractual changes.

Since 2019, Hannah has used these skills to provide Track’s commercial PFI variation management services at a large hospital site in the Midlands.

Rhys Thomas

Rhys’ experience at Track has included delivery of a fire remedial works scheme within a Children’s Hospital, as well as management support on a Hard Services improvement plan, also within the healthcare sector.

Rhys previously provided support on several survey projects, including end of defects, dilapidation, and condition survey reports.

Ella Wellington

Ella’s experience at Track has focused on management support for the control and delivery of all large-scale PFI variations within an operational hospital facility on behalf of the SPV and the NHS Trust.

Ella has also overseen survey schemes, including five-yearly condition surveys and end of defect reports.

Christina Dyer

Christina joined Track with a history of project coordination, including quality assurance of data for the National Census, on behalf of the Department for Transport.

Christina’s experience at Track includes large-scale lifecycle replacement construction projects, as well as fire remedial works and PFI handback.

Laura joined Track with an excellent educational and professional history within the legal sector. Laura has applied invaluable transferrable skills in her move to project management.

Laura’s experience at Track includes project support for an operational improvement process, as well as a fire remedial construction work scheme within a hospital environment.

Chloe Bignell

Chloe is the newest member of Track. Chloe has a BSc in Business Management, and recently graduated with an MSc in Logistics & Operations Management.

Chloe’s studies have naturally led to a career with Track, where she has joined our busy survey team. Chloe’s role includes support with survey preparation, coordination of live on-site work, programme updates, and initial data quality assurance checks.
