Ben has over 20 years experience delivering outputs within high-profile PFI schemes across the UK, working on behalf of SPVs and Public Authorities.
Ben’s experience covers all elements of a PFI investment’s lifespan – from bidding and construction, through to contractual handback. Ben has been with Track since 2003 and a Director since 2009.

Jon has 15 years experience managing projects and surveys within the PFI industry, covering healthcare, emergency services, education, custodial, and defense sites.
Jon oversees our survey and lifecycle management services, as well as specialising in PFI performance improvement. Jon has been with Track since 2011 and a Director since 2020.
Project Management Team

Georgina is a project lead specialising in survey coordination and delivery. Georgina has managed survey projects ranging from specialised expert investigations, to full site lifecycle remodels and defect inspections.
Working closely with industry partners, Georgina continues to oversee multiple PFI site condition, compliance, and environmental inspections, as well as fire engineering surveying. Georgina is involved in multiple Centre of Best Practice surveying exercises across the UK.
Georgina’s PFI experience, outside of surveys, includes physical construction works management, such as lifecycle replacement projects, and the resolution of almost 300 construction defects following the collapse of Carillion.

Ella is a project lead specialising in PFI construction management and delivery, on behalf of multiple Project Companies.
Working alongside several medium to large-scale construction firms, Ella’s primary focus is management of high-profile projects on behalf of SPVs and Government bodies, with a particular expertise in healthcare.
Ella has a proven record of completing works within live facilities, including integration of new areas and extensions within existing and complex contracts and self delivery of lifecycle replacements. Ella’s PFI experience further extends to previous oversight of variation processes, also in healthcare.

Chloe is a project lead specialising in PFI variation agreement and delivery.
Chloe directs PFI contract changes from early scoping and discussion, through to contract sign off and construction completion. Chloe has particular experience in healthcare, having overseen this process within multiple NHS sites.
Chloe works alongside several Project Companies, NHS Trusts, legal teams, as well as Hard and Soft Facilities Management providers. Chloe has a Business Management degree, strengthened by an MSc in Logistics & Operations Management.

Olivia provides project coordination within our construction team, with a current focus on identification and remediation of fire related construction defects. Olivia manages projects within the education and healthcare sectors.
Olivia has further experience managing PFI variation and lifecycle construction works on behalf of SPVs, as well as overseeing several large-scale fire remedial works projects with both third-party contractors and FM companies.

Ben provides project coordination within our survey team. Ben’s experience includes management of condition surveys, compliance exercises, environmental assessments and fire audits across public sector sites. Ben’s role includes taking clients through the initial scope and tender stages, up to presentation of results.
Ben is currently involved in a Centre of Best Practice (CoBP) survey, representing the Project Company and working alongside multiple surveying firms and the NHS Trust. Ben has a degree in Business Management & Law and an MSc in Project Management.

Emily provides project coordination in our variations and lifecycle teams. Emily oversees two significant PFI healthcare projects, focusing on contract variation process delivery. Emily’s role includes coordination of over 200 live variations ranging from service amendments to significant physical changes.
Following her degree, Emily worked in the public sector before moving across to PFI project management.

Amber provides coordination and support for construction projects, largely the self delivery of lifecyle asset replacements within the education sector. Amber joined Track with a degree in Law, and previously provided administration support for capital and service variations within an NHS facility.

Henry provides project administration and coordination within several business areas, with a current focus on capital and service variations, from early scoping through to contract sign-off. Henry joined Track as a graduate of Psychology, with a Masters degree in Business Management and Finance.

Angus provides coordination, with a particular focus on analysis, interpretation, and processing of large-scale and complex lifecycle data. Angus coordinates lifecycle request assessments, approvals, and monitoring within a large scale healthcare facility. Angus’ educational history includes a degree in Mathematics.

Sophie provides project support across healthcare projects, with a focus on variation delivery on behalf of SPVs. Sophie works closely with all PFI partners including facilities management, NHS Trusts and legal teams, ensuring that any variations are accurately documented and communicated.

Will provides project administrative support within our survey team. Will works with complex data sets, including the collection and sharing of information required to complete condition surveys, environmental surveys, and fire compliance surveys across several large-scale PFI sites.

Andrew provides project support within our lifecycle team, ensuring works are properly assessed, recorded, and monitored. Andrew has worked with outputs from condition, compliance, maintenance, and lifecycle projects, with a particular focus on process improvement. Andrew joined Track as a graduate of Economics.
