Meet The Management Team

Ben Evans

Ben Evans

Director

Ben’s educational experience was originally in Law, bolstered by an MSc in Construction Project Management.

Ben has 17 years’ experience managing high-profile schemes across the UK, often in prominent client-facing positions. With an exceptional ability to manage others, Ben has a proven history of reducing clients’ risks while protecting investments.

Mark Pearce

Director

Mark’s extensive experience in quantity surveying, project management, and estates management was the perfect basis on which to establish Track.

Mark was heavily involved in the early years of PFI/PPP investment, and has since provided a range of associated services from bidding and construction management through to operational period Non-Executive Directorships.

Jon Evans

Senior Management

Jon graduated with a First-Class Law degree, before joining Track to develop a career in project management.

Jon’s structured technique, paired with his contractual experience, allows him to successfully deliver our services. Jon has over nine years’ experience of construction and variation management, and continues to develop our surveying and lifecycle modelling practices.

Natalie’s confident approach to problem-solving and excellent organisational skills have provided her with a strong platform from which she has successfully delivered our services.

Natalie’s experience includes the effective completion of several large-scale fire remediation projects across the healthcare, education, and custodial sectors, and she continues to manage the resolution of latent defects within primary schools, as well as the provision of lifecycle management services within a prison environment.

Georgina Willson

Georgina’s amiable approach to project management is both detail-oriented, and client-centered.

Georgina’s management experience has been focused within the education sector, where she is responsible for the resolution of latent defects across six school sites in the South West, as well as the management of several lifecycle replacement schemes.

Hannah Bromley

Hannah is a team player, with an effective and organised management approach.

Hannah’s management experience includes several large-scale variations on operational sites, including oversight of design, construction, and contractual modifications. She currently provides this role at large hospital site in the Midlands.

Rhys Thomas

Rhys Thomas

Project Management

Rhys is the newest member of Track, moving to Project Management from a career within the legal industry.

Rhys is currently providing management support on several major projects. His recent experience includes defect, dilapidation, and condition surveys, as well as fire remediation schemes.
