Leeds BSF achieves Commercial Close.
Since winning the preferred bidder role in December the all-out effort has been focused on achieving Commercial Close. Mark has led the Interserve team as bid manager with support from Ben who has fulfilled the dual roles of New Project and Construction manager pending those posts being filled full time. As with most such projects, the effort required to achieve Close has been enormous with much burning of midnight oil – all to good effect. The next step is Financial Close, scheduled for the end of March.
Telford Schools PFI
All but the playing pitches have now been handed over on this ground-breaking schools PFI project. All phases – secondary school first in September, primary and then SPLD in January were handed over ahead of schedule – a huge achievement for a project that is attracting a great deal of attention across the schools sector. Track leaves the project at the end of March with mixed emotions – happy in the knowledge of a job well done but sad to say goodbye to so many new colleagues.
