Schools condition surveys We were pleased to hear this month that we had had been appointed to support Interserve FM on their schools operational programme. This continues our long relationship with the Interserve team both nationally and regionally. We are drawing on Jason’s extensive experience of operational phase management to lead the work that involves condition surveys of four primary schools and five secondary, located in Sheffield and Manchester. The primary school work cannot start until the summer holidays but Jason is commencing the surveys in the secondary schools, most of which have community facilities, in the evenings. We believe that this programme of work demonstrates how Track can work around normal constraints. The condition surveys will have to be completed before the autumn term begins. With increasing focus on life cycle cost over long term operations, it is essential for stakeholders to have a firm understanding of the life left in their assets. We have the skills to add value to this process.
