Whilst for many August is traditionally the bucket and spade season with a glass of chilled Chardonney to watch the sun setting over a velvet sea, not so Track. Like the men who litter the motorways with cones, we are busy when the rest of the world sleeps. We have been asked by Interserve to come on board the bid team for Tameside BSF.

This is a major project, circa £100m, with seven sample schemes. This continues our association with the winning Leeds team. Bidding is always a frenetic time, nothing could be further from a 9 to 5 work day, so it is important to be working with colleagues that not only make the hard yards at the coal face but also make good company at the bar when those moments of relaxation are snatched. Ben is leading the effort and coordinating the team. The ITCD is to be submitted mid-October, so fingers crossed.

New Team Member

Niall Allen has joined us, he will support Ben in the bidding department. Nial is taking time out from his politics degree course, an interesting character  - he sings like a bird, getting into TV’s Joseph knock out, and plays golf like a pro. Anybody up for a challenge?
