Site Supervision

With a detailed understanding of the NEC form of contract and an experienced management team, Track Consulting is well-placed to undertake the role of Site Supervisor, as defined under the NEC contract. Using an in-house clerk of works team, supported by project managers, Track is able to represent the client during the construction phase and ensure that the on-site works are constructed in accordance with the contract.

Clerk of Works Services

Supporting Track’s project managers, the in-house clerk of works team have provided traditional clerk of works services since its inception. Bringing together some of the most experienced individuals in their field, the clerk of works has monitored and reported on construction projects for private and public sector clients, successfully delivering a vast array of housing, healthcare, and education schemes throughout the UK.

Non-Executive Directorship

As a result of the considerable and wide-ranging experience gained from appointments in the construction market, Track is able to provide board-level advice to consortia and individual equity providers via the role of Non-Executive Director. Through attendance on site at board meetings, Track is quickly able to gain an understanding of project complexities before providing comprehensive reports and sound advice.

Construction Health & Safety

With health and safety now at the core of every construction project, Track Consulting understands the need to provide clients with suitably qualified CDM coordinators. Registered with the Association of Project Safety and with IOSH qualifications, Track’s CDM coordinators are able to guide clients through the complexities of current health and safety requirements at every stage of a project.
