Track Consulting has increased its involvement in the Education Sector and particularly the BSF programme.

BSF is a major initiative that involves replacing or renewing schools throughout England. We support a number of the major BSF consortia in bidding for BSF projects. We provided the LEP general manager and the new project development manager on Leeds BSF after successfully leading the E4L bid team on that project.

Because BSF represents a major new initiative there is a significant learning curve for consortia to go through, one which we, with our blend of skills and experience, are well placed to lend support.

Typically BSF projects represent a mix of PFI and design and build projects, and as construction managers we have a wealth of experience in these areas. For a BSF project to succeed however, the construction management is only part of the picture.

  • LEP General Manager
  • Construction Manager
  • New Project Development Manager
  • Commercial Manager

On Leeds Ben was the NPDM and Mark provided the LEP general manager role. His main duties were to:

  • Manage the finance and operations of the LEP in both project development and operational phases

  • Ensure that the LEP’s partnership’s targets and KPIs were delivered in a timely fashion

  • Work with the LEA to develop new projects and deliver improved services
